Smart Green School Initiative: STEM for Sustainability | FIRST Global Challenge 2026

As part of FIRST Global Challenge 2026 Social Media Challenge #4, Team TEB Innovations conducted an environmental assessment within our school and surrounding community and identified two key sustainability challenges: improper waste disposal and inefficient plant monitoring. To address these issues, our team organized a cleanup activity and developed two STEM-based solutions. The first solution is an Automatic Smart Waste Bin that encourages proper waste disposal through sensor-based automation. The second solution is a Smart Plant Monitoring System using a Soil Moisture Sensor and ESP8266, helping monitor soil conditions and support healthier plant growth. This initiative demonstrates how STEM education, environmental responsibility, and innovation can work together to create cleaner, greener, and more sustainable communities. By combining community action with practical technology, we aim to inspire positive environmental change and promote sustainable development. #BYKM2026

How Our Robotics Team Used Testing & Engineering Iteration to Improve Robot Performance | #STEMAthlete Week 2

At TEB INNOVATIONS, we believe that real engineering is built through experimentation, testing, failure analysis, and continuous improvement. As part of Week 2 of the #STEMAthlete challenge, themed “The Science of Training,” our team documented the complete robotics development and testing process to showcase how evidence-based engineering improves system performance and reliability. This week’s challenge focused on three important engineering phases: Planning and CAD Strategy Building and Field Testing Reviewing Failures and Implementing Improvements Our objective was not simply to show a finished robot, but to demonstrate the real process behind robotics development — including technical challenges, debugging sessions, failed tests, and performance optimization. Planning and System Design The first phase involved planning the robot structure, sensor layout, and communication strategy. Using CAD concepts and mechanical design discussions, the team analyzed weight distribution, w...

Team TEB Innovations: Journey to BYKM 2026 Begins

We are Team TEB Innovations, a passionate group of student innovators united by robotics, AI, engineering, and creativity. Our team believes technology should not only be advanced, but also meaningful and capable of creating real-world impact. From brainstorming ideas to building working prototypes, every project we create represents teamwork, problem solving, learning, and innovation. We are constantly exploring new technologies and challenging ourselves to think beyond limits. As part of our journey, we are proud to participate in BYKM 2026, which marks an important step toward the First Global Challenge 2026. This opportunity allows us to showcase our passion for STEM, collaboration, and futuristic innovation on a bigger stage. What makes our team special is not just the robots we build, but the culture we build together. We value discipline, leadership, teamwork, resilience, and continuous learning. Every challenge helps us grow stronger and pushes us closer to our vision. Th...
